9. Marketing Communications & Opt-Out

We send marketing emails only with your consent. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

  • Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email
  • Emailing us at hello@airepouches.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional communications related to your orders (order confirmations, shipping updates, etc.).

10. California Residents: CCPA/CPRA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, and the purposes for which it was used.
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may direct us to limit use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide our products and services.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

To submit a California privacy request, email hello@airepouches.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days.

11. California Shine the Light Disclosure

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine the Light” law) permits California residents to request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your prior consent.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. Our website does not currently respond to DNT signals. You may control tracking through your cookie settings as described in Section 5.

13. Children's Privacy

Our website and products are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, please contact us immediately at hello@airepouches.com and we will delete such information promptly.
